• Customs and Import Taxes are buyers responsibility

• I do not accept cancellations

• Orders are usually dispatched within 3 days. Custom items may take unto 5-7 days. Hoodies are dispatched within 3-5 days depending on stock level

• Orders are sent using 1st Class post delivery upgrades are available

• International orders are sent using Tracked and Signed postage

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

• Buyer must contact me and send an item back with 14 days of delivery in original condition

• Buyer is responsible for return postage costs

• Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn’t returned in original condition

• I accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

• Buyer can get full refund within 14 days of delivery if item is faulty. Personalised items cannot be refunded unless faulty.
